As OpenSesame’s Community Manager, I’m very excited to announce that OpenSesame has been selected as one the the Top 100 Companies to Work for in Oregon for 2015 by Oregon Business magazine! We’ve worked hard since our founding in 2011 to build a strong company culture and are so proud to be recognized for our efforts.
Ensuring we have an open and fun culture in which employees thrive is so important to us here at OpenSesame, we have bi-weekly “Culture Club” meetings to discuss issues of culture, hear from our team, and get everyone on the same page about goals. It’s wonderful to be recognized through the positive responses of our employees to the 100 Best survey.
